A black and white image from Ruby Beach. I was hoping for a nice sunset but as the Pacific Northwest often delivers I was greeted with storm clouds and rain. Still I like how this image turned out and the contrast between the stones, sand, water and waves and famous sea stacks and prefer it in black and white.
Donnie is a photographer specializing in outdoor and landscape photography. He resides in Charleston SC, and also spends as much time as possible at his mountain house in the North Carolina Mountains. His work has been published in various magazines, including Charleston and Western North Carolina Magazine, and also been featured in various publications in the Charleston area.
